Agree on a practical scope
Ask about adjustments, handles, hinges and other minor repairs. Replacement parts, surface condition and access can affect what is possible. Matt will confirm suitability before arranging the work.
Prepare for the visit
Clear the immediate work area and set aside any replacement parts you already have. If you rent or the fitting is in a shared area, arrange permission before booking.
