What we collect
The quote form collects your name, phone number, email address, suburb, selected service, job description, optional preferred timing and any job photos you choose to attach. It also records the submission date, reference number, originating page and the privacy-notice version displayed when you submitted the form. When you call or email, we receive the information you choose to share.
Why we collect it
Information is used to assess and respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and carry out agreed work, keep relevant business records and resolve questions or complaints. Providing the form details is voluntary, but without sufficient contact and job information we may be unable to respond. Form acknowledgement is not consent to marketing.
How the website form works
Quote enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare database accessible to authorised account users. Optional job photos are validated and stored in a private Cloudflare object-storage bucket under the enquiry reference; they are not published through the website or attached to notification emails. Email notifications may be delivered to authorised recipients for enquiry handling and temporary form testing. There is no public enquiry directory or public lookup by reference number. A reference confirms that the request was saved; it is not a booking confirmation.
Technical information and service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and processes technical request information, which can include IP addresses and request metadata. The form uses short-lived rate limiting to reduce spam. Google Fonts delivers website fonts and may receive your IP address and browser request information when those files load. Email correspondence is handled through Gmail. Quote details are also sent to our customer relationship management system, hosted on Vercel, to manage enquiries and follow-up. These providers may process information in Australia or overseas, including the United States; their infrastructure and policies determine specific locations.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager to measure page views, website interactions, device and browser information, approximate location derived from network information, and the pages that lead to quote enquiries. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers for this measurement. We use this information to understand website performance and improve the enquiry process; we do not use it to sell quote-enquiry information. The quote form also keeps temporary state in the open page. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings, although some website measurement may then be unavailable.
Sharing and security
We do not sell quote-enquiry information. Information may be handled by service providers and authorised people who help operate and test the website or deliver agreed services, or disclosed where required by law. Access controls and encrypted connections help protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid submitting payment-card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Retention, access and correction
Information is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, deliver services and meet applicable record-keeping or dispute-resolution needs. Contact our team to ask what information is held, request a correction or request deletion where it is no longer needed. Identity may need to be checked before responding.
